Old Delhi

I have been having a bit of trouble uploading short video's i have decided it is because of my very slow Internet connection at the moment. I will be getting something better when i get to placement so will try again then. Anyway i have been on a tour in old Delhi and wanted to share some photos as it is very different to the cosmopolitan area i am staying in. Its hectic, potential to get hit by motorbike, rickshaw or auto rickshaw or even a cow is quite high. The smells are amazing and disgusting all in one, as you go through the spice quarter. That's because the area seems very poor, saw a man washing in street with bucket, people urinate where they want, but then you also find the best food places and spice mixes and teas in the world. The places shown with food is where we ate that day. We also travelled by rickshaw these tyres have no air in them very bumpy ride. I have also put in a picture of my new salwar kameez, this one is for special occasions. My Hindi is coming on slowly and I'm really excited about placement and making a new home for myself, with fabrics, rugs, candles and lanterns everywhere and incense burning away. Doesn't it sound dreamy?
